According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, food products of appropriate quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Please, check the packaging of the product for integrity and make sure that the product corresponds to your order.
If the packaging of the product is damaged, we will send a similar product of the appropriate quality. The product is not subject to exchange after the fact of its using by you.
To process a request for product exchange, please send us the following documents by any method convenient for you (Telegram, Viber, e-mail):
- a photo of the received product, which clearly shows the damage;
- an act of acceptance-handover is drawn up at the Nova Poshta office at the time of receipt of the shipment.
The deadline for processing a request is 2-3 days from the time of receipt of the goods.
